RETURN POLICY

 1. REFUNDS

 Refunds are available to customers within 14 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  - Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging

 - Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

 - Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 If the listed conditions are not met, My Real Hair Extensions, LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund.

 To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at support@myrealhairextensions.com. My Real Hair Extensions, LLC will pay for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a shipping label, or reimburse you otherwise for return shipping.
